1.0 Main tasks & responsibilities
Related to Sales orders management Receive the sales orders from customer and make the contract review. Input the order in the SAP system and issue the work sheet.
Interacts with production in order to define the shipment date and communicate it to the customer. Keep the contact with the customer for the order follow up, acting as an interface and filter in both directions between Eurocoating and the customer.
Prepare the transport documents and manage the shipments to the customer. Manage the custom clearance for overseas customers.
Issue the invoices. File the relative information. Customer information collecting and sorting. Promote customer satisfaction by understanding the problems faced by customers and help they solve them. After the discovery of any customer’s problems, can give advice and propose remedies.
Related to sales and marketing support Support customer visits to the plant and do occasional visits to existing and new customers assigned by Customer Service Supervisor and Sales Manager. Pursue sales goal assigned by Sales Manager. Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
Negotiate delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets. Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business assigned by Sales Manager. Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to the sales manager so that she can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
Develop mid-term sales plans for key customers and accounts and monitor and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met.
Monitor annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met according the guidelines from Customer Service Supervisor.
Actively cooperate with marketing activities, such as exhibitions, etc., planning, preparation and implementation.

3.0 Knowledge and Education
– Fluency in Mandarin and English language.
– To be skilled in SAP / Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
– Preferably with university degree.
– Willingness to travel in China and abroad occasionally.
– At least 3-4 years of proven experience in Sales support environment with different kind of customers.
– Working experience in structured organization.
